Success Stories

Broads Healthy Lands Project is making a difference on public lands—one small step at a time. Due to the nature of monitoring the land for impacts over time, monitoring results may not bring about immediate change. However, the data collected while monitoring CAN make an immense difference over time as land managers and the public can see the increasing impacts to an area. To help understand the type of changes that monitoring can bring about, we wanted to share with you a few successes we’ve had. As our monitoring program continues to grow and more volunteers get out on-the-ground and collect more data, we are certain we will have even more successes to celebrate in the future!
